d. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, along with the RAN provided.
e. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
f. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.

5. Refund and Exchange:
– Refunds: If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase where refund is necessary. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
– Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange the item for a different product, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.

6. Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for large or bulky items. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
